Not Happy With Your Order and Want to Return It, Read This
You-Niche-Ly.COM™ has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please be mindful of the date you ordered your product to be eligible for a return.
For a return, exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must first contact You-Niche-Ly.COM™ at email@example.com. Once your request is received and reviewed and if your return is approved, You-Niche-Ly.COM™ will send you instructions by email on how and where to send your package. You will not be credited for the item without first requesting a return and receiving a response, so please do not try to send the package back to us. As soon as You-Niche-Ly.COM™ receives the product you are returning, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, so please be patient.

Please inspect your You-Niche-Ly.COM™ order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately by email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you find an item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
